Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement roles
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and driving process enhancements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and process modeling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or an MBA
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and certifications
- Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies and Industry 4.0 principles
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in process simulation software (e.g., AnyLogic, Arena)
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Tableau)
