Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Process Improvement to lead our initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement across all departments at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, or operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies within a large organization.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
