Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisor of In-Flight Refueling System Repairers to lead a team responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of complex in-flight refueling systems. Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the in-flight refueling repair team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, repair protocols, and inspection procedures to optimize system performance.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues in refueling systems.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring team members and promoting skill development initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and processes, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, maintenance, and system modifications, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace maintenance, specifically with in-flight refueling systems or similar aircraft systems.
- Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role within a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of military and commercial aviation maintenance regulations.
