Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Engineering Manager to lead our innovative team in delivering cutting-edge heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and project management, to deliver comprehensive HVAC solutions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and promote professional development opportunities for team members.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to drive innovation within the team.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC design and project management.
- Proven track record of managing engineering teams and complex projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, load calculations, and energy efficiency principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an MBA.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Experience with advanced HVAC technologies such as VRF systems, smart building controls, and sustainable design practices.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in HVAC design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of building energy modeling and simulation software.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
