Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects from concept through to completion.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes, and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex project challenges effectively.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Experience in the development of sustainable engineering solutions.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
