Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled HVAC Systems Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in designing and optimizing innovative HVAC solutions. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HVAC system design and engineering, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of HVAC codes, standards, and regulations.
- Experience with energy modeling software and HVAC simulation tools.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Experience with building automation systems and smart building technologies.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices in HVAC design.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
- Experience with HVAC load calculation software such as Trane Trace or Carrier HAP.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and integrated project delivery workflows.
