Required and Preferred Qualifications

Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Certification in Workforce Management (e.g., WFM certification) is a plus

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in workforce management tools and software, such as Verint, NICE, or similar
- Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies
