Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Job Analysis Manager to lead our efforts in optimizing job structures and enhancing organizational effectiveness. In this fully remote role, you will leverage your expertise to assess job roles, identify performance metrics, and develop frameworks that align with our business objectives, ultimately driving workforce productivity and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive job analyses to define roles, responsibilities, and required competencies across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure job descriptions are accurate and reflect business needs
- Implement job evaluation and classification systems to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for organizational improvements
- Facilitate training sessions for managers and HR teams on job analysis methodologies and best practices
- Stay abreast of industry trends and legislative changes affecting job design and compensation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in job analysis, organizational development, or HR management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Proven experience in developing job evaluation frameworks and conducting benchmarking studies
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership
- Knowledge of labor market trends and employment laws
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with job analysis software and HRIS platforms
- Certification in job analysis or organizational development methodologies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or similar)
- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems
- Experience with statistical analysis and workforce planning
