Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HSE Director to lead our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE practices into operational processes and decision-making
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and stakeholders regarding HSE matters
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in HSE management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HSE programs in a corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of relevant HSE regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Certification such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
- Experience in high-risk industries such as construction, manufacturing, or energy
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in HSE management software and tools for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with environmental impact assessments and sustainability initiatives
- Knowledge of incident investigation methodologies (e.g., Root Cause Analysis)
