Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HSE coordination or a similar role, preferably in an industrial or construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Proven ability to conduct effective training and presentations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to hazard identification.
Preferred:
- Certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) or similar qualifications.
- Experience with incident investigation techniques and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Experience with HSE management software and reporting tools.
