Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a proven track record in a similar role
- Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning strategies
- Strong analytical skills and experience using HR metrics to drive decision making
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a rapidly growing or high-tech environment
- Proven success in managing organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS), performance management software, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience utilizing data analytics tools to inform HR strategies
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) to support employee training and development
