Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our HR processes and ensuring a seamless employee experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and streamline HR operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
- Coordinate HR programs and projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with policies
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Support the HR team in data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making and strategy
- Help maintain and improve HR information systems and databases for accuracy and efficiency
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
- Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and employment law
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
Preferred:
- Experience in a technology-focused or fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of payroll systems and benefits administration
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience with data management and reporting tools
- Familiarity with performance management software
