Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to established protocols and physician orders

- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members, including social workers, chaplains, and volunteers, to ensure holistic care
- Document patient progress and care provided in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely support and care to patients as needed
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in [$COMPANY_LOCATION]
- 2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice, palliative care, or acute care settings

- Experience with patient care technologies, including monitoring systems and EHR software
- Able to utilize telehealth solutions for patient assessments and consultations
