Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex maintenance issues.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related discipline.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and data analysis tools.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Proficient in the use of maintenance management software and tools.
