Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Forging Roll Supervisor to lead our forging operations team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in forging operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of forging processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies and Six Sigma principles.
- Knowledge of CAD software for process design.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with forging machinery, including hydraulic presses and roll formers.
- Understanding of metallurgy principles and material properties.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools for monitoring production metrics.
