Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Cold Header Supervisor to lead our production team in optimizing cold heading processes and ensuring product quality. This role is critical in overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the cold heading department.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of cold header operators, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Implement and oversee production processes, focusing on efficiency, safety, and waste reduction.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
- Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance technical skills and promote a culture of safety and excellence.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in cold heading or a related manufacturing environment.

- Experience in implementing quality control measures and continuous improvement processes.
Preferred:
- Associate's degree in manufacturing technology or a related field.

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume production environment.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in cold heading machinery operation and maintenance.
