Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Set up, adjust, and operate metal sheet rolling machines, ensuring precise dimensions and specifications are met.

- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
- Prepare reports on production metrics, machine performance, and team productivity for management review.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating metal sheet roller machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in training and mentoring team members.
- Strong understanding of metal properties and rolling techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience with CNC machinery and automated metal fabrication processes.
- Certifications in metalworking or related fields.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in the operation of metal rolling machines, including hydraulic and mechanical rollers.
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures for metal forming equipment.
