Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Forestry Manager to lead our sustainable forest management initiatives. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental laws and policies

- Develop and manage budgets for forestry projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in forest management, including practical field experience
- Strong understanding of sustainable forestry practices, forest ecology, and land management principles
- Proficiency in GIS software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Forestry, Environmental Management, or a related discipline
- Experience with forest certification programs (e.g., FSC, SFI)
- Familiarity with timber market trends and economic analysis
- Proven track record of engaging with local communities and promoting sustainable initiatives
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
