Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and visionary Director of Land Management to lead our efforts in sustainable land use and resource management. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative land management strategies that align with our organizational goals while promoting environmental stewardship and community engagement.
Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Land Use Planning, Natural Resources Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in land management, environmental planning, or related disciplines, with a proven track record of leadership.
- Strong understanding of land use regulations, environmental legislation, and sustainable development principles.
- Experience managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Professional certification in land management or environmental planning.
