Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fire Dispatch Supervisor to lead our fire dispatch operations. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in fire dispatch or emergency communication settings, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of fire service operations, protocols, and emergency response systems
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey critical information clearly and effectively
- Proven ability to manage stressful situations and make sound decisions under pressure
Preferred:
- Experience with advanced dispatch technologies and incident management software
- Certification in emergency management or fire science
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems and radio communication equipment
- Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for mapping and resource allocation
- Experience with data analysis tools to evaluate dispatch performance metrics
