Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in public safety dispatch or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations with a calm and effective approach
- Strong understanding of emergency response protocols and dispatch technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience with Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems and Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
- Certification in Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) or similar
- Training in crisis management or conflict resolution
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in dispatch software and systems, including radio communication tools
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and improving operational workflows
- Familiarity with public safety regulations and compliance requirements
