Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Preservation Program Manager to join our team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in social services, with a focus on family preservation or related programs.
- Strong knowledge of family systems theory, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to cultural competency.
Preferred:
- Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
- Experience in program evaluation and development of evidence-based practices.
- Familiarity with data tracking and reporting systems.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in case management software and data analytics tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
