Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with community resources and services available to families.
- Experience in case management or family support services.
- Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
- Experience utilizing case management software to track family engagement and service delivery.
