Required and Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience working with families in a supportive or advocacy role.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
Preferred:
- Experience in case management or similar roles.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding family services.
- Fluency in a second language is a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
