Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Service Manager to lead our team in providing high-quality support and services to families in need. Responsibilities

- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for families on various topics, including parenting, financial literacy, and resource navigation.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in family services, case management, or social work, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of community resources and the ability to connect families with necessary services.
- Proven experience in program development and evaluation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work or related field.
- Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competency.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and practices.
