Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Facilities Manager to oversee the operational integrity and efficiency of our facilities. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement facility management strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives

- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources
- Lead and mentor facilities staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field
- Proven track record of managing complex facilities operations and projects
- Strong knowledge of facility regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field
- Experience with sustainability initiatives and energy management practices
- Familiarity with building management systems and technology
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in facilities management software and project management tools
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports for decision-making
