Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing facility operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and building codes.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and financial performance metrics.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or similar professional certification.
- Experience with sustainability initiatives and green building standards.
