Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in facilities management or maintenance operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing large-scale maintenance projects from inception to completion
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance best practices, and relevant safety regulations
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management
Preferred:
- Experience in managing facilities in a corporate or industrial environment
- Proficiency in facilities management software and building automation systems
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
