Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Fabrication Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in the development and optimization of fabrication processes. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities and driving innovative solutions that meet our production goals and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of fabrication engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their professional development.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and improvement of fabrication processes, ensuring they align with industry best practices and company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of fabrication activities.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in fabrication engineering or manufacturing management, with a proven track record of leading engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and technologies.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with CAD software and advanced manufacturing technologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design and analysis purposes.
- Knowledge of fabrication techniques such as welding, machining, and assembly.
- Experience with quality control and assurance processes in a manufacturing environment.
