Responsibilities

- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate fit

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field, preferably in an executive search environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of HRIS and ATS systems
- Exposure to data analytics and reporting tools is a plus
