Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in executive recruiting, preferably within a high-growth or Fortune 500 environment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing C-level and senior executive candidates.
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and best practices in executive recruitment.
Preferred:
- Experience leading recruiting teams and developing executive search strategies.
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in talent acquisition strategies, sourcing methodologies, and recruitment marketing.
