Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Proven track record of successfully building and leading recruitment teams

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Preferred:
- Experience working in a fully remote environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Knowledge of current employment trends and best practices in recruitment
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in recruitment technology and tools, including ATS and HR analytics platforms
- Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding strategies
- Understanding of industry-specific talent pools and sourcing techniques
