Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies in fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition metrics and experience utilizing data to drive decisions.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring practices.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
