Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Estate Manager to support the management of our luxury estate portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our properties, providing exceptional service to our clients and guests while enhancing their overall experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day management of multiple estate properties, including scheduling maintenance, coordinating vendors, and overseeing property inspections
- Support the Estate Manager in developing and implementing property management strategies that align with client goals and expectations
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring properties are stocked and ready for guest use
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for estate operations, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to budgets
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in property management or hospitality management
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
Preferred:
- Experience in managing luxury estates or high-end hospitality environments
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and vendor management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Buildium, AppFolio) and scheduling tools
- Understanding of basic financial principles related to estate management
- Proficiency in using collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom for team communication

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, staff, and vendors
- Proactive problem solver with a customer-centric approach
