Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Estate Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury estate properties. This fully remote role requires a strategic thinker who excels in property management and has a keen eye for detail. As the Estate Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our estates are maintained to the highest standards while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of multiple luxury estates, ensuring all properties are maintained and presented to the highest standards
- Oversee vendor management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation of service providers
- Develop and implement property maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
- Coordinate and supervise renovation projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and timelines
- Maintain detailed budgets and financial records for each estate, including expense tracking and reporting
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
- Implement and monitor security protocols to ensure the safety and privacy of all estate properties
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in estate or property management, preferably in luxury environments
- Proven track record of managing multiple properties simultaneously
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and expense management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with luxury service standards and high-net-worth clients
- Relevant certifications in property management or hospitality management
- Knowledge of home automation systems and maintenance
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in property management software and tools
