Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Estate Manager to oversee the efficient management and maintenance of our properties. This role is crucial in ensuring that all estate operations run smoothly, providing an upscale living experience while maintaining the highest standards of service and care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of properties, ensuring all facilities are in optimal condition
- Develop and manage budgets for property upkeep, renovations, and landscaping
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to execute maintenance tasks and improvement projects
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures for property management, ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure high-quality standards
- Manage housekeeping and event planning, coordinating logistics for gatherings or special occasions
- Foster strong relationships with property owners, residents, and community members to enhance overall satisfaction
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in property management or estate management
- Strong understanding of property maintenance, budgeting, and vendor management
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience in luxury property management or high-end residential estates
- Familiarity with landscaping, horticulture, and environmental sustainability practices
- Certifications in property management or related fields
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in property management software and tools
- Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
