Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior ERP Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP implementation projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are met and that stakeholders are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support the project team in executing ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
- Participate in project meetings, documenting key discussions, actions, and decisions.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Support user training sessions and assist in developing training materials for end-users.
- Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management or related roles, preferably in ERP implementations.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
