Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Strong understanding of business processes across various functions, including finance, supply chain, and human resources.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Preferred:
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Relevant certifications in project management or ERP systems (e.g., PMP, SAP Certified).
- Experience in working within diverse and global teams.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep knowledge of ERP software and technologies, including integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions and the ability to leverage emerging technologies for system enhancements.
