Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning systems. This role will be critical in driving cross-functional collaboration, aligning business objectives with technology solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of ERP projects within timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring that mitigation strategies are effectively implemented
- Facilitate communication between IT, business units, and external vendors to ensure alignment and transparency
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement
- Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically leading ERP implementations
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and methodologies
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience
Preferred:
- Experience with change management processes and methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile project management practices
- Knowledge of industry-specific ERP solutions and best practices
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello)
- Experience with data migration and integration processes
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform project decisions
