Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and experienced ERP Business Analyst Manager to lead our ERP initiatives and drive business transformation across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the analysis, design, implementation, and support of ERP solutions that empower our teams and enhance operational effectiveness. Your leadership will be critical in aligning technology solutions with business goals, ensuring that our ERP systems meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ERP analysis and implementation processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements
- Manage a team of business analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and high performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct gap analyses, and identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including defining scopes, timelines, and resource allocations
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications
- Monitor project progress and deliverables, addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote user adoption and maximize the value of ERP systems
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or ERP implementation
- Proven track record of leading successful ERP projects, ideally in a managerial capacity
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, modules, and best practices (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and integration methodologies
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in ERP software modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL and data visualization platforms
- Experience with integration tools and practices for ERP systems
