Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Experience in a senior leadership role within a large, complex organization.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience working with underrepresented communities and understanding of intersectionality.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data analytics tools to measure and report on DEI metrics and initiatives.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other platforms for training and development related to DEI.
- Familiarity with employee engagement survey tools and methodologies.
