Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Justice, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in equal opportunity or diversity and inclusion roles.
- Strong knowledge of equal employment opportunity laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience developing and leading diversity training programs.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools to assess diversity metrics.
- Certification from a recognized professional organization related to equal opportunity or diversity.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with HRIS systems for managing employee data and reporting.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis software is a plus.
