Responsibilities

- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, disparities, and areas for improvement related to diversity and inclusion
- Prepare and maintain reports for regulatory agencies and senior management, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking advice or support regarding EEO-related matters
- Implement outreach and recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent and enhance our workforce diversity
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in EEO compliance, human resources, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of EEO laws, regulations, and best practices
- Demonstrated experience conducting investigations and resolving disputes
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Master's degree or advanced certification in Human Resources or EEO compliance
- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives in a corporate setting
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques for workforce metrics
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in HR information systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience with data analysis software and reporting tools
- Knowledge of compliance management software and case management systems
