Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in human resources, diversity and inclusion, or a related field, with a strong focus on EEO compliance and initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local EEO laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful diversity and inclusion programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in a large, complex organization with a diverse workforce.
- Certification in EEO, diversity, or human resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar).
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to evaluate EEO metrics and outcomes.
- Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to leverage technology to enhance diversity recruitment and employee engagement strategies.
