Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced EEO Compliance Manager to oversee and enhance our Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance program at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage EEO compliance programs and policies that align with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive audits and assessments to identify areas of risk and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to educate employees and management on EEO laws, policies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and legal teams to investigate complaints and ensure thorough and impartial resolution processes.
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics, identifying trends and recommending actionable improvements.
- Serve as a key point of contact for EEO inquiries and represent the organization in external audits and investigations.
- Stay abreast of changes in EEO legislation and best practices, updating policies and training materials accordingly.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in EEO compliance, diversity, equity, and inclusion or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of EEO laws and regulations, including but not limited to Title VII, ADA, and ADEA.
- Proven experience in conducting investigations and managing compliance audits.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs on EEO-related topics.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and compliance tracking systems.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Experience with HRIS or compliance management systems.
- Knowledge of relevant data privacy regulations and their implications on EEO compliance.
