Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Equal Employment Opportunity Investigator to join our compliance team. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of equal employment opportunity laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in an HR or compliance role, particularly related to investigations.
