Role Overview

- Maintain accurate records and reporting on benefits participation and costs
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in employee benefits administration or HR
- Strong knowledge of federal and state benefits regulations and compliance
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Preferred:
- Certification in Employee Benefits (CEBS or similar) or HR (PHR/SPHR)
- Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration software
- Familiarity with wellness program design and implementation
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, or BambooHR
- Knowledge of benefits management software solutions
