Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in employee benefits management or a related field
- Strong understanding of benefits laws and regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA
- Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative benefits programs
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role within a large organization
- Professional certification in benefits management (e.g., CEBS, PHR, SPHR)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in benefits administration systems and HRIS platforms
- Experience with data analytics tools to assess program effectiveness
- Familiarity with payroll systems and integration of benefits data
