Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with benefits vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery
- Monitor benefits legislation and compliance to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to legal requirements
- Drive communication and education initiatives to promote awareness and understanding of benefits among employees
- Analyze benefits data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead and mentor a high-performing benefits team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in benefits management, with a focus on strategic leadership
- Strong understanding of employee benefits legislation and compliance
- Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative benefits programs
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CEBS or SHRM-SCP
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in benefits administration systems and HRIS platforms
- Experience with data analytics tools to assess benefits program performance
- Familiarity with emerging trends in employee benefits, including wellness programs and flexible work arrangements
