Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in a benefits administration or HR support role.
- Basic understanding of employee benefits programs and relevant regulations (e.g., ERISA, COBRA).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Preferred:
- Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration software.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and integration with benefits programs.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
