Responsibilities
- Assist medical professionals in evaluating and treating patients in the emergency department

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a healthcare-related training program preferred
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
- 1+ years of experience in a clinical or emergency setting
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and emergency procedures
Preferred:
- Certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or similar
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in basic medical procedures and emergency care techniques
- Familiarity with medical equipment such as defibrillators, oxygen delivery systems, and vital signs monitors
- Experience with EHR systems and data entry
