Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- 3+ years of experience in a hospital or clinical environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of emergency medical procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in an emergency room or critical care setting.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
