Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Critical Care Technician to join our dedicated team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a critical care environment, with a strong understanding of life-support and monitoring systems
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing complex medical equipment
- Certification from a recognized body in biomedical or clinical engineering is preferred
Preferred:
- Experience in a lead or supervisory role within a clinical setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and health information technology
- Strong project management skills and experience in process improvement initiatives
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Extensive knowledge of critical care medical equipment, including ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment calibration and troubleshooting
- Understanding of relevant regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO) governing medical equipment
