Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a clinical leadership role, such as a charge nurse or team lead.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or similar credential.
