Role Overview

- Prepare and present reports on drilling operations, project status, and performance outcomes to senior management
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in drilling management or engineering roles within the oil and gas industry
- Proven track record of managing successful drilling campaigns, including deepwater and onshore projects
- Strong knowledge of drilling technologies, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with advanced drilling technologies such as rotary steerable systems and managed pressure drilling
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with drilling software and data management systems
- Expertise in well planning and design, including casing and completion operations
- Knowledge of regulatory and environmental compliance requirements
